Inspired by the favorable results of the 2 restaurants of the Koppin family in Iligan City, the idea of putting up a restaurant in Cagayan de Oro serving exactly the same food came up. This restaurant was then named, owned and managed by one of the 6 children of Antonio and Amanda Koppin.

Ripples Diner and Café serves a variety of food from Baby back ribs, Kare-kare , Osso Buco, Lechon Binagoongan, Fresh Lumpia among others to special desserts like cakes like the Moist Chocolate Cake, or the Dark Chocolate Cake, along with Salads like the Fresh fruit salad or Taco salad and so much more.
